          Established in March 2022, with  the principles of Integrity, Commitment, Trust,   Asia Semiconductor Materials Technology Co., Ltd. provides all aspects of semiconductor equipment refurbishing, repair, maintenance, process kits, Horiba/Fujikin’s MFC, Fujikin’s valves and spare parts.  We have experienced engineers in equipment manufacturing and wafer fabrication process that deliver high quality service and to truly ensure customers satisfaction.

         ASMT provides fully refurbished equipment of AMAT/Lam/TEL/Nikon/Canon to Japan/Korea/Singapore/China/Taiwan’s customers. We also develop a variety of test facilities and platforms for ESC refurbish, legacy PCB repair, AE RF generator, RPS overhaul, robot overhaul etc. ASMT is committed to providing quality service to our customers.
